meet our team of all stars
At The Storied Group, we don’t think “all publicity is good publicity.” Sorry, Oscar Wilde. We believe in creating a clear message to get you noticed, changing attitudes and increasing your influence. There’s a bit of science to it — and healthy dose of magic.
The Storied Group was cofounded in 2008 under the name SW PR SHOP by Molly Schoneveld, a small town Southern girl, turned L.A. local after twenty years of living and working on the West Coast. Molly and her team specialize in celebrity + lifestyle PR, interior designers, chefs, and luxury hospitality.
Molly has over a decade of experience in the entertainment industry, beginning her public relations career at PMK/HBH (now PMK/BNC), where she worked with A-list talent, on Oscar campaigns for directors, producers and films, and served on the Sundance Film Festival team.
She founded The Storied Group to offer a unique point of view that incorporates her entertainment industry roots, extensive knowledge of the media landscape, and passion for finely curated lifestyle and hospitality brands like Golden Door, where she has led the PR efforts since their relaunch in 2013.
Molly has built a solid reputation providing great attention and care to every client and has proven success in getting results. She has secured cover and feature stories in domestic and international publications, including Architectural Digest, Vogue, Vanity Fair, People, InStyle, House Beautiful, Departures, The New York Times, Robb Report, Sunset, as well as numerous television segments with a national audience.
Molly’s blog, The Sought After, documents inspired spaces, stylish stays and chic experiences. Through her travels, she shares her love of luxury boutique hotels and interiors while dolling out advice on the best restaurants and cocktail bars in the area with honesty, wit and girl next door charm.
As Molly and her team continue to grow with their clients, more is ahead for The Storied Group and The Sought After. They would love to hear from you to discuss your personal PR, brand or space.
Drop a line to say “hi” and start the conversation. As always, we ask … what are you seeking?
DIRECTOR OF BRAND DEVELOPMENT
Jennifer Beyor is a Southern California based publicist and marketer with extensive experience in fashion, hospitality and entertainment. After kicking off her career in publicity at Virgin Records, she moved on to tour marketing for the music department at the William Morris Agency.
Eager for large corporate agency experience, Jennifer joined the PR and marketing team at Hill & Knowlton where she worked on multiple brand initiatives and served as the company's primary entertainment liaison worldwide, securing celebrity ambassadors for various brands. The opportunity to work in-house for BCBGMAXAZRIA arose, and Jennifer became the Global Marketing Manager of Special Events for the fashion house.
Following this, Jennifer helmed the hospitality team at HL Group's LA office where she successfully launched multiple restaurants, hotels and fashion brands. Jennifer was then Partner and Co-founder at Blink LA, a full-service communications firm for 5 years. Honing in on her hospitality expertise, she joined J Public Relations as Director of their San Diego headquarters where she oversaw a team of 25, helped grow new business, and managed client accounts.

When she’s not pitching clients or curating Instagram feeds, you can find Kelsey sipping a glass of wine, watching “Queer Eye” and planning her friend’s bachelorette parties.
Nicole Pistotnik is our publicity assistant, and has been an integral part of our team for the last two years. She graduated from the University of Miami, Coral Gables in 2016 with a major in Public Relations and minors in Marketing and Advertising. As a Los Angeles native, she is very familiar with and knowledgeable about the city and remains a true California girl at heart.
An avid traveler all her life, Nicole has a natural interest in luxury hotels and dining at the hottest restaurants. She is always up-to-date with breaking entertainment news, and is our go-to girl for the latest in movies and television. Nicole is involved in all of our client accounts, working with various editors, journalists, and producers to coordinate the logistics for press with local and national print, broadcast and online outlets. She also assists with our clients' social media accounts, and manages our company Instagram.
When she's not securing and coordinating press, you can find Nicole watching "Game of Thrones," playing the piano, and trying out a new "cleanse."

Shortly after college, Gabrielle started her career working with small labels in the music industry, helping their roster of artists gain exposure. She later shifted her focus to also include active lifestyle brands. In 2013, Google invited her to be part of their Google I/O Sandbox for YouTube developers, where they spotlighted a project she worked on for its successful utilization of the YouTube API in development.
